I finally finished draft five of "Black Swan Origins: Nineveh", a.k.a. BSO: Nineveh 5.0. I anticipate the plot to be finished by BSO: Nineveh 7.0. After that, it will simply be refining the characters, fine-tuning the dialogue, and then mapping out the setting.
I have already started BSO: Nineveh 6.0, a.k.a. the "slash-and-burn" draft. I have axed 15 useless pages already and the book looks better. It's probably like watching your wife toning up at the gym. You'd love her no matter what, but all that cardio is starting to make her look GOOD.
